I still think if he had not panicked he might've been able to roll out of that. It was in pretty tight though and armbars can be pretty deadly when you are rolled to the side that way where you have more natural range to crank without having to bridge the hips. I'm sure in three years of working with the Noguiera brothers his armbar defense has improved at least a little bit.

Very true, his head was free. I think he panicked and kinda went blank because although the guy still had a tight hold on his entire arm the rest of his body was free and he only tried pushing with his free arm to escape. Oh well, good performance from the other guy.

This was 3 years ago lol. Since then he's beaten Werdum, Cro Cop, Struve, Yvel, and Gonzaga. I wouldn't say he sucks at all.
