1970's and 1990's Ajax,1970's,1990's and present Barcelona,1970's and 1980's Netherlands and today's Spain...they all share a style.

Especially Ajax and Barcelona,their 1-3-4-3 sytem that turns into 1-4-3-3, 1-4-4-2 or 1-3-5-2 has absolutely no match...they've been perfecting that for almost 50 years,since Rinus Michels became Ajax's coach in 1965 and Barcelona's in 1971.

Their youngsters are trained to play that way from a very early age...obviously more Guardiolas and De Boers will come.

@moluksefreefighter01 it is boring, im not saying that it isnt efective because it is but i dont enjoy watching them play. i also did not say that ajax was superior to barca only that they learned how to use that style of game from them because of cruijff. Mourinho was also influenced by ajax because he learned a lot with van gaal
