Thank you for this video. I'm flying out Wednesday for my 2nd 10day course. My first was January this year. Although I know I'm able to complete the course I still feel that nervous energy. lol I will post my post-vipassana course when I return. Thanks for the reminder of the benefits! Metta.

@Karanheart1 Try to start your day with just 10-15 minutes meditation, or practice mindfulness, which you can take off your cushion and into your daily life.

i did like 3 10 courses in california and stuff, , my dad passed away earlier in june, and the whole meditation thingy helped me cope with my dads loss.
