how much is the metal part

How thick was your HDPE? Do you think it'll be hard to countersink a 1/4 inch thickness HDPE?

@tomecBooSt I cant thank you enough, i just built my box and it looks amazing! followed your guide, and i did 2 6' boxes, but they are going to be put together. But, what did you do to make your stencils. Also, is Interstate Plastics a good place to order my HDPE? and will polycarbonate sheets work as a substitute?
