My homemade vacuum cleaner that runs off 12V power brick. I built this after discovering that a 12V blower can pass solid particles through it with minimal fuss, that it can easily inflate a sock, and that the air intake can generate a fair amount of suction, and also that a sock can breathe very well, and can capture small particles, and that a Kirby Heritage II Legend hose nozzle thing fits perfectly on the blower's air inlet, so I cobbled these parts together and made this. Enjoy!

  • Hi . Can You Send me All The Item I Need For This Project ?

  • @97221135 @97221135 You will need a bunch of things. A 12V air blower, preferably a Delta branded one, a sock, and a 12V power brick compatible with blower amperage. Ill see if I can put up links to all the parts, but they can all be found on eBay if you can't find them around the house. Don't bother with the nozzle, it just hinders performance.

  • @tlaroche38 Cool . But , Can I use A Normal PC Fan ?

  • @97221135 Technically you could, but in my experience the blades seem to break off quicker with normal fans and they don't seem to have as much suction.

  • @tlaroche38 Ohh . Thanks . All I Have Is PC Fan . Dun Have Laptop Fan Type LoL

  • @97221135 You can also find them in giant inflatable Christmas Santa's and things like that.

  • @tlaroche38 wow . thats scary O.o

  • @Parwaz786 Thanks! I would think that your's could pick up larger chunks as the space between the blades would be larger, but it really depends if the fan can chop it up, because if it can slice it into small chunks it would be able to ingest anything in theory :D

  • i made a similar one :D once and it was an airbed pump, a clear plastic box with polastic lid and a garden hse and filter :D now the engine is un useable cus i used it to vacuunmm the garden lol stupidly :( it got stuck with some larger particles crumbs are ok tho o ya good vacuum
