@TheWbruun Explain why you say that? It's not really a Parkour workout, but it is conditioning for Parkour, so by your judgement I don't really think that you're a traceur, or can do a single one of those shown in the video.

Actually it says it is "Parkour Training" It's not saying it is Parkour.
It says they are training Parkour, obiousvly they made the video to show how to train before doing Parkour / Free Running. Or they made the video and that this was Parkour / Free Running But it's correctly this is not Parkour / Free Running.
