  • YES ANOTHER EXCELLENT MOVE GIVEN AWAY FOR FREE .

THERE ARE OTHER TECHNIQUES THAT ARE EQUAL IN EFFECT AND EFFIENCY BUT THAT COULD BE A DIFFRENT LESSON .

DO WHAT THEY SAY IN THIS VIDOE LESSON AND GROW.

** THE ROLL BACK /SWAY IS VERY THAI . HOWEVER MANY NON THAI`S ARE LAZY AND COMPLAIN OF BACK PAIN AND STRAIN THERFORE NEVER EXECUTING THIS TYPE OF MOVE AND ITS PERIFFERAL MOVES YES OTHERS GO WITH THE ROLL BACK.

    LEARN THIS AND BECOME A ~~FEEMUR ~~

    ITS UP TO YOU NOW

  • kick low...look low,kick high

  • @Urdarbrunn i dont think theres really a "best" set up for it, but theres a bunch of really effective ones. there's the jab-cross-headkick combo which work really well if done smoothly. it usually works well to set up with leg kicks first, cuz even some trained fighters drop their hands to react to it. you can even just look at their legs as you throw it, because they'd expect the low kick first. basically, fakes are the best set up (in my opinion) cuz you can't defend what you dont see coming

  • could i block while i rock back?

  • Okay, I have a question. What's the best set-up for a head kick? Does that deserve a video? Or has it been done?
