Developing nation powerhouse India is under pressure to commit to binding targets to reduce its carbon footprint, in line with other top polluters the United States and China, who both made commitments last month. But with more and more people upgrading from two wheels to four, there is concern about an increase in emissions. The WHO estimates that nearly 120,000 Indians die each year from polluted outdoor air, out of two million worldwide. But with a booming economy and increasing car sales, it will be hard to change India's newfound habits. A voiced AFPTV report.
