  • how the fuck did i got here i started with a beethoven song 0_o

  • salute sassy grammas

  • @AuntieDan amazing

  • @shock1974 Yep yep! CDs were EXPENSIVE at the time, and CD players were regarded with some wariness, because they might only be a fad. Sort of like Betamax (a kind of VCR) which didn't take off at all.

  • @xwarmangle umm, no I think you missed the point. Cassette players were everywhere in the late 80s / early 90s. The were the standard, everyone had four cassette decks, two in the house, one in the car, a portable one. Not so with CDs yet. Ergo, many people still used primarily cassettes and you weren't necessarily a broke ass for not being "all CD".

  • @shock1974 Are you making my point for me? You owned a CD player, but you decided to save 4 bucks and buy the cassette instead. Making you which? More of a nostalgic fan or cheap?

  • @xwarmangle Not necessarily true. I didn't get my first CD player until '91 and this came out in '92... so cassette wouldn't be that crazy. A decent portable CD player was $100 or so back then, decent aftermarket car CD player was over $200. Cassette players were cheap and everywhere. Also, I could get used albums on cassette for $4 at the local indy record store, used CDs cost $9. Lots of high school and college kids still rocked plenty of stuff on cassettes in the late 80s / early 90s.

  • Cassette? When this song came out, you would have been broke as fuck to have this on cassette, CD's were quite popular. Quit acting like your more old school or more of a fan!

  • all right you motherfuckers!!!! hell no..nothing better than an old school jam i say and to you only do i say..so what do you say??
