@vccstudents Actually Bush had a gop congress his first 6 years in office. they were voted out because of a wreckless war, high gas prices and a massive deficit. When it blew up in our faces, Clinton was long gone, reminiscing about Lewinsky instead of worrying about Al Qaeda. Then Bush lost Congress, and the Democrats really made a mess of things. Now NOBAMA CAMPAIGNED LIKE REAGAN, BUT HE GOVERNS LIKE CARTER! "THERE YOU GO AGAIN!" NOBAMA HAS 734 DAYS TO GO!

@vccstudents CLINTON got us out of Reagan's astronomical debt in case you can't remember. Clinton made those mortgage policies b/c it made sense before Bush plunged us into debt with his wreckless foreign policies and ignorant economic policies so don't give me that crud. And you really think the divided republican party is going to win in 2012? i HIGHLY doubt that with the way that they have alienated the latino american community.

@vccstudents Don't even try and put this on the Obama administration, we were in a fucking surplus before Bush took office, he turned a mission in Afghanistan into a full OUT WAR, and then pointlessly went into Iraq which btw had no weapons of mass destruction. That cost our country billions and made the price of oil sky rocket. There is no excuse from going to surplus to the debt like we did under bush.
