Dallas policemen M.N. "Nick" McDonald and Paul Bentley played a big part in the arrest of President Kennedy's accused assassin, Lee Harvey Oswald, in a movie theater in Dallas on November 22nd, 1963.
Both McDonald and the injured Bentley (who was using crutches during this television appearance after having twisted his ankle during his altercation with Oswald the previous day) were interviewed on WFAA-TV in Dallas, Texas, on 11/23/63, the day after the President's assassination.
Also included is a video segment from a 1964 CBS-TV documentary, in which M.N. McDonald re-creates the capture of Oswald. That CBS segment was actually filmed inside the Texas Theater where Oswald was arrested.
