Corsair Sunrise

A few minutes of reflection at sunrise. The Planes of Fame F4U Corsair greets a new day on the flight line at the 2011 Thermal Air Show. Even if we have to be on the flight line at O'dark thirty, its worth it when you can capture a moment like this.
Remember those who flew these machines in combat, remember their sacrifice and courage. Remember that they sacrificed themselves so we could enjoy the things we now take for granted, like the simple pleasure of a sunrise over a free nation.
