And both has problems singing live nowadays. WH has more problems than MC. But MC lips in some parts of her songs, I think she has a lot of insecurities now about her voice, and don't want to risk. But she's still able to give some good performances..

I'm tired about who's better..they are different singers, both amazing. Whitney is more powerfull and Mariah has more range, but they are the greatest and best vocal artist of the last 30 years. In their tope, nobody compare to them, neither Celine. Whitney and Mariah's tone are beautiful and unique, and there are somo powerful singerls like Christina or Kelly and subtle like Leona, but neither of them have their beautiful timbre's voice...

@TheMCLamb4ever Sorry but you like other mariah carey fans have no idea nuance, this was a tribute to Diana ross, not a "whitney remake", luther and mariah did an beyond excellent job. but they added extra things to the song on purpose to make it their own, this was not whitney houston "motive" it was to give a tribute to diana not go off and do her own thing. she gave a little of herself in this duet and but still overall reflected diana ross sound and style so mission accomplished.
