@PacGuy765 Yep. Challenge Screamin' Eagle and then turn around in the beginning for Mirror Mode. You'll now be racing against Crazy Canuck. Beat him, and he's yours. :D

you have to hit the helicopter either in stage 1 first race time trial

or in second stage first race time trial mode. then finish the time trial thing. it unlocks the red shirt rage.
