Part 2 of the 2nd of 3 Sets. Interval training shortest but most painful day of the week.

3 sets of 20mins intervals, fast cadence, pushing thru Lactic Threshold.

Gradually increasing from 290 watts to peak at 400watts. Then do it all over again and again. Computrainer - ERG mode

Slight toe-pointing. Different story different day
