The fade to black movie is just like a filler and it wasn't even done by kubo so it means nothin.

Yeah ichigo already had shinigami powers rukia just awkened it.

And Ichigo went full hollow for orihime and she gave him strenght.

And so what if she "just heals" thats better then what rukia does. without orihime we would of said bye to bleach ages ago. And think of it like this Orihime is the support and rukia the guide. Ichigo needs orihime&rukia.
