The 9 tails sealed within naruto is only half of the actual beast's power. The fourth hokage sealed away half within himself and died.

Naruto also got alot of help from Killer B and Kushina

Without B the tailed beast ball would have killed naruto.

And without Kushina, The fox would have taken naruto's chakra from him.

so the 9 tails is way stronger than naruto
