Multi Input Interactive Whiteboard

Simultaneous, multi input, interactive whiteboarding from Promethean.

This video shows the capabilities and advantages of simultaneous pen based activity on the dual pen Activboard.

Because the Activboard uses highly responsive and accurate electromagnetic pen inputs, it is possible for the software to track contributions from each user independently.

Unlike touch or camera based systems, the input from each user will not be affected by spurious touches, line of sight problems or other interference such as poor lighting conditions.

Some of the functionality being shown is available within the 'Dual User' mode of Prometheans ActivInspire Professional software, including:

- dual writing/erasing
- dual colouring
- dual drag / drop
- dual concept mapping / handwriting recognition / connectors

Other features shown have been developed for demonstration purposes, using the Promethean ActivSDK, including:

- Paddle Football
- Connect 4
- Maths Game.

Please note: You may be required to upgrade your Activboard with the ActivArena upgrade pack in order to make use of Dual User mode.
