Dominic/Dante and Lulu 12/22/09 Scenes

Dante asks Ron if that was what Franco said to him,about "You Choose".Jason starts yelling "Choose what?" and says he doesn't get it .Jason wants to know what else Franco said.Dante tries asking Ronnie,but he keeps going in and out.Lulu goes to get Robin.Robin says he lost a lot of blood.Jason sees something by the window and Lulu asks what it is.Jason says it's another message from Franco.Dante says if Lulu didn't show up when she died,Ronnie might have died.He says he owes her.She says he doesn't.He says he does.She says then he needs to tell her Ronnie's connection to Franco.Dante says he wishes he knew her connection too.Lulu says than Franco must be the graffiti guy.Dante tells Lulu she needs to lay low,because Franco is out of this world crazy.He says he probably won't see her for a while.She says "for what? a day?" He says "No,for a while".Dante says he has to try to find a way to stop him.Dante shows up at Sonny's and sees Sonny & Olivia.He apologizes and tells Sonny he wanted to give him an update on things.Sonny says forget business.He says why doesn't he join him & Olivia for dinner.Sonny says it's the holidays,and Dante being there will show Olivia that he has no romantic motives,just a friendly dinner.Dante looks hella confused.Dante tells Olivia he will make things up if she wants to leave.Olivia says Sonny is alone for the holidays,and she feels bad for him.He says is that violins he hears?Dante smells the food and says it smells like something his grandmother uses.Sonny says the old recipe is from Olivia's mother.He says it's secret,but Olivia blabs it out.They get ready to eat.Olivia says grace.She says she wants some peace for everyone.Sonny starts talking about how Olivia's family hated him,minus her mother,who he believed had a crush on him (lol.no words) Olivia says actually,her mom hated him too.Sonny says Olivia probably misses Dante & wants to be spending the holidays with him.Olivia says Dante is out of town,working.Olivia and Dante keep giving each other weird looks.Sonny makes a toast to old and new friends.Dante says the boss made a great meal.Sonny says tonight,he isn't the boss.Dante says Morgan is an awesome kid.Sonny says Morgan worships Dominic.Dante says Morgan worships The Yankees,which means he has great taste.Sonny toasts to the World Champions:The Yankees.He says that he hopes they get many more wins.Dante asks Liv if they're boring her.She says no,she loves her Yankees.Sonny & Liv start talking about him sneaking her into the stadium one day,so they could catch a game.Sonny tells a story about Olivia catching the ball,but she says she dropped it,and another guy took it.Olivia says Sonny jumped him afterwards.Sonny says he got her ball back,didn't he? Olivia says he did.She says she still has the ball somewhere.Sonny asks Dante who his favorite Yankee is.Dante says he's been a fan his whole life.He says Dwight Gooden is his favorite.He says he even watched him play at one of the games,and Sonny says he went to that game too.Dante says really? He says yeah.It's a small world.Olivia and Dante thank Sonny for the dinner,and they say they enjoyed it.Sonny says it was wonderful having them over.Franco has a Christmas tree in his studio with Port Charles people on there,and it ended with showing a picture of Lulu & Dante right underneath her pic.

I love it that Dante is nearly coming out of his skin at the conversation at dinner. DZ so plays Dante/Dominic so superbly!

@mistyfinlay I was wondering the same thing - was that Sonny's tree?  Maybe Morgan & Molly made ornaments for Sonny? Although there seemed to be some kind of message there...

How funny is it that Olivia mentions lois's parents when talking about where sonny got the recipe for the food he made..then again they all are from the same neighborhood..hmm wonder if Dante knows brooklyn? Maybe they dated? Could be interesting story..throw it into the mix but first let's get Lante to make love already
