@ChaosTFox i got it because the psp is hacked,you can go on iso and download him but the ash and gig downloads are all bad so you can't use them,but i warn you once you but the almaz hack in there i believe if you save or turn off the system the game renders him useless and tells you if you save it'll save as if you never had but if you really want him just keep recreating him in the charcter selcet place cuz thats how you get him in the hack by creating him as if he was a creatable character
