I remember the times this was harder. Lvl 60 pally tank with epics fight the first boss in tbc. Our healer got lagged and it was gg for us. :D now it's too easy. You don't even need a tank to do this.

@cataclysm12314 if you talking about party frames bottom its VuhDo healing addon. if you mean party frames left that are standard Blizz raid frames. you can turn that on in settings.
