  • Thanks for taking the time to compile this! :) I live in the country and if you don't have the time to pack a lunch, sometimes these meal choices can't be helped. I've never really placed too much thought into choosing "junk food" wisely, I figured I was damned either way. But even in this regard we can still choose smartly.

  • Very good info. People are going to eat fast food. They might as well not load up the calories and sodium as much as they normally would. It'd be nice if everyone in the world could eat a micro-biotic diet at a hip urban bistro, but unfortunately that's not reality. Skipping the carbonanted soda and going with grilled over fried chicken while throwing in some leafy greeens and vegetables at a fast food joint is just a better choice. Don't like it - don't eat there.

  • Comparing terrible dietary choices against slightly less terrible dietary choices is not what I would go to as a guide for healthy eating. It's like making a choice between getting stabbed or shot.

  • EASIEST TIP for me is if you like root bear drink diet root bear it taste the same but i think it taste better and its 0 calories
