Yes you are right she been dancing like that during her 10,000 maniacs days, but have cleaned it up a bit. Her free spirit dancing and twirling is what attract me to 10.000 maniacs in the 1st place. Its great to see that she have not changed.

Right on Trans, TED is a conference about creative genius and I'll bet the LXD dancers were up before her. NM is an absolutely incredible free spirit. She showed her stuff, and if you go through her 1000 maniacs vids on here, you'll see hwe whirling like that 25 years ago. I hear Natalie talking in the audience at about 5:06.

@YamaZingerQT60 you're so right. Natalie was sitting right beside me and enjoying the music after dinner, just like I was. She couldn't resist getting up and join in -- that's the way the whole evening evolved. That's what's so special about this video -- it's completely spontaneous Natalie, inspired by other people's music.

Her dancing wasn't about performing for an audience but just her spontanteous joy and enthusiasm to join the the musicians. You have to understand that this was a very impromptu music jam... people kept arriving back to the hotel after their dinners and joining the gathering in the lobby. So, Natalie was sitting near me on the floor and finally she very graciously came up and sang in response to people's calling out for her to. I posted her leading us in song as another video.
