when I try to convert a video I get an error saying transcode failed- both audio and video streams cannot be found. do you know how to stop this?

ok i did it i put 3 movies on but when i went to put the fourth one on i got an error message about it having the same file name as one of my other movies "MAQ1001" is there a way to fix this?

The version I used in the video is pretty much extinct now. It's version 1.74. If you find this version, it will be the same as shown in the video
