  • @legato699 The triceps and delts do most of the work but the chest will also get worked.

  • @professor0007 No reason you couldn't do these every day however we'd suggest switching things up every now and then.

  • Well i'm from India and I know how we practise this in the gym.. he is doing it just right. Well the distance between ur legs is up to you.. the way you feel comfortable.keeping it closer will make it harder.. keeping it far will get you a better grip and make u do more reps :)

  • I can do 40 of them in a row, took me 6 months of daily practice! They do make you stronger!

  • Gotta love how everyone has to correct form on these type of vids, lol. Good stuff man...

  • the distance between his legs should be shorter i feel. the legs should be in line with the hands.

  • I can't say I've ever heard that and I can't think of a reason they would be contraindicated for people with lordosis.
