the problem is the small wheels... I have a foldable bike, in my profile... it has much bigger wheels but still you can feel everything on the road...

Yes, it isn't for every purpose. Small commutes or rides in good roads/paths are where the small wheeled folders work better. The Genius comes with a suspended seat post, so it absorbs some of the road bumps.
For longer commutes and roads in worse condition it can be better to opt for a larger wheeled folder of full sized bike.
