What about city councils and their green waste bins? Surely a campaign should also target city councils and let them know they can produce syngas (especially important in a post-peak oil world), biochar to sell, and maybe even claim carbon credits if Australia ever gets our carbon-market happening.
The gasifier the farmer is using is from COALTECH. But there are others like Community Power Corp, Best Energies Australia, Energy Dynamics Corp etc which are containerized & modular.
