Dynamic Effort Lower Body Workout for 01/20/2012. Started off with 18" front box squats with chains (65lbs of chain weight). Working sets were 265lbs for ten sets of two. Then uni-lateral leg presses. Lifts were 445x12,495x12,545x12 and 595x12 (PR+1 rep). Finally, modified glute ham raises. Lifts were bw+10x12,bw+35x12,bw+60x12 and bw+85x7 (PR+5lbs).
