I don't get what the "team heads only" cheat is about...

In original version, in goldeneye and in this version a lot of creator's faces were scanned and used as guards, civilians, scientists etc. When you play using "Team Heads Only" there are only heads of the team members who made this game. The heads were scanned again for this version so a lot of the original creator's faces aren't left in this version of the game.
