@runes3ape Something that in no way, shape or form resembles a life form of this universe. They live on welfare, steal from others (as evidenced by this and many other videos), commit arson, pick fights whenever they can, wander at all hours, and think that they are the coolest thing ever. The phrase "Scum of the universe" would be an understatement and an insult to scum, because chavs are beneath scum. They caused the riots in Britain a couple of months ago.
