boring it's only 1 vs 1. i want to sword fight with many oponents and have some people on my team too. This is why fencing alone just sucks, and it does suck to some people if people like me say they don't like it for certain reasons!

@Thefelstalker I think it's fair to say that some of the old flair (for lack of a better word) of fencing has been traded off a bit for sheer athletic display and the natural confining rules due to it being a sport, which is a big contributing factor. Sword fights between professionals should finish quicker than shown in movies, but from what I understand, not quite like this.

Just because the sword is bendy doesn't mean it won't hurt. Trust me some points hurt like shit!!!

You see it's the classic difficulty vs fun rule.
The better they are, the more boring it will be, because when you get better you win faster, when you're bad, you're both failing hard over and over and it looks cool.
