How To Download and Install Apps On IPhone or IPod Touch.
First, go to http://apptrackr.org/
Next, search for you app.
Then, click download. Type in the letters you see in the box
Click Download.
Save to Desktop.
Open ITunes, Drag and drop app into iTunes.
Sync IPod or IPhone
Your Done!!!

@gameross1 No nothing bad should happen. worst case the app just will not work. I do not know of any bad things that will happen.

This probably a stupid question but I have no apps (as a view) in mu itunes How do I get it :)

@BulgaroM I am pretty sure if you go and add any apps into your iTunes the apps view will come up. You can either download an app from the iTunes store (app store) or if you want to add a different app just drag it into the library section of your iTunes.

but some times the app comes in winrar waht do i do?

@MultiJose2011 Then you just have to change the ending to .ipa instead of .rar or .zip
.ipa is the file type for the applications that iTunes can read.
