I know this feels horrible for Georgian people living in other countries, and of course they will support Georgia. I have never, ever blamed Georgian people, the one who should be condemned is Georgian president, he ordered the attack, and unfortunately he pretends to be a victim, living in his warm place, wherever he is right now, while there are people that suffer because of his actions.
