The doctoring was done by whoever posted this video. It is obvious that the laughter is not the voice of the FBI guy whom Salem is talking too.

I listened to a longer recording several years ago comprised of several phone communications between the two parties. I don't recall whether or not there was laughter. If you're saying the original has been doctored, then how far back did the doctoring occur? Is the "original" authentic? It then seems unlikely to provide evidence for an argument.

I posted this recording on my channel on October 17, 2012 in 911:Evidence of Treason Part IX: Roots of Terrorism. I posted it again on February 19th of this year (2012) in its own video short "Emad Salem: Chertoff did the WTC in 93."  I downloaded the recording in MP3 format many years ago.

The original does not have the laughter in it when Emad Salem says "what a wonderful great case."

The agent did not laugh when Salem said this.
