What happens now that "Peter never existed"?
So hipotetically:
Olivia is a FBI agent. Frank won't get all messed up in Ep1 so they're in love, will get married and live happy after.
Walter looses his son / or never has him. Moves on.
The other universe lives its life like nothing happened.
