This video is a good introduction to "Terrorists" (not necessarily the ones he is mentioning), in case if they do not know about the place and its poor security.

@UkTruthSeeker2009 jajaja
i doubt Kazakhs got any plans turning their stocks into weapons or have finances/interest to do such thing . you miss another point because you are stupid : biological weapons are not reliable .any terrorist organization can find some wild strand and breed that culture .
yeah their security is low , probably low on budget duhhh . so what, countries are not allowed to keep their science facilities because they cant afford high tech security ?
-
@sewagedweller Me Paranoid and you think everyone has AKS LOL
Sounds like youv`e been listening to Al Gore and Bill Gates too much.
You seem to miss understand I am not saying that its wrong to keep viruses, plagues, for science but it is wrong when they are used to reinvent Plagues & viruses and to use them as a weaponary, and its wrong to keep them in the likes of that place on the video in such a location.

@UkTruthSeeker2009 you are paranoid/dumb-fuck : having basic knowledge regarding bio-weapons doent make you Al Quida member , aerosols and spores in aerosols are two different things. Outbreaks of diseases and rise of new , occur naturally. very short reproductive cycles mean higher chance for mutations , viruses in particular dont use proteins to check for nucleotide mistakes Yes i totally think its a good thing wiping out bunch of warmongering idiots who cant keep their hands off AKs .
-
@sewagedweller Are you trying to wind me up? Aerosols are being sprayed right now & you know it and who knows whats in them hey maybe youd like to tell us means you bought it up ?. What about the asshole scientists that would sell their soul in order to wipe out whole villiages poor countries You think thats OK do you ?
-
@UkTruthSeeker2009 you are also quite deem , thanks to the those labs we are also well aware how to treat those infections . To exploit biological weapons you need means to spread them and convert it into media you could use , infecting few people wont turn it into a plague . If your going for something big you need to convert spores/virus into aerosol and some kind of device to spread them .
Whole process using standard stands is a pain in the ass , old school bombs are easier/safer
-
@UkTruthSeeker2009 if the human population is beyond carrying capacity , some need to die .
the reason im telling you to get lost because :
a. its not your country to tell them how to run it , so fuck off
b. if you are worried about terrorism , fight muslims on your turf
-
@sewagedweller Why would you try to stop me ? Hey you said it yourself to me here.
sewagedweller @UkTruthSeeker
but hey plagues are solution for the starving millions in africa .
Do you see that as a good Thing BECAUSE I DON`T
Kazakh Scientific Center of Quarantine and Zoonotic Diseases, KSCQZD houses a culture collection consisting of over 2,000 highly dangerous strains of pathogens, including those that have been isolated in Kazakhstan. For instance, KSCQZD possesses 71 Bacillus anthracis strains, mostly of virulent forms, that were isolated in the previous years (19522004). After an appropriate amendment to the U.S.-Kazakhstan intergovernmental Agreement Concerning the Elimination of Infrastructure of Weapons of Mass Destruction was signed on December 8, 2004, the U.S. Department of Defense officially launched the Threat Agent Detection and Response (TADR) project in Kazakhstan. KSCQZDs five anti-plague stations Atyrau, Zhambyl, Manghystau, Shymkent, and Taldykorgan began receiving new laboratory equipment from the TADR project in January 2005.

US taxpayers money. I think it is insane that the US government is so paranoid about terrorism yet they fund an establishment which only has a few search lights, a 6 ft wall with one line of razor wire, no security dogs, the simplest of pad locks and old grannies running the shop.
I have googled this place and the buildings are falling apart.
Not only could someone break in but someone could pay their way in.
This place must be a set up and the US Gov know it.
