  • by any chance is it possible to fit a nissan 3.7l v6 with the rev matching clutch in this replica?

  • Contact people at mr2kits.co.uk They can tell you. Sorry for the late reply.

  • No, I was there when we did the exhaust. It is a replica skin attached ot an old MR2 body with a Camry 3.0L engine. Tim (Owner of Longlife Exhausts - now in Thornbury)

  • how do I know that this is not scam like Superreplicas?

  • We at Longlife Exhaust have been doing exhausts for 20 years and you can see us at either longlife.co.uk or bristolexhausts.co.uk and of course find us positively mentioned on many car club chatrooms. The Ferrari replica is done by mr2kits.co.uk - they are a real business you can visit near Dursley, GLOS if you are so inclined. Cheers!

  • any ideas of where to get this in america?

  • @rodneyking114

    Check with Dave at MR2Kits.co.uk

  • it looks good only the rear rides a little to high and the exhaust needs to be a bit larger apart from that bloody good work mate

  • @angurisloud I've driven a real one at a track day, so actually I have been near one. But in all fairness my comment was 2 years ago, and back then I had not been near one.

  • @angurisloud I've driven the real thing at a track day so I have

  • @TheHarryshah obviously you've not spent anytime standing next to the real thing when it's running... sounds NOTHING like the video... sorry...

  • @jerytherew1 there is a audi r8 v8 but ur right i did mean a v10 for the 0-60 being quicker then a aston martin remark

  • Hey tclemm, as far as I'm concerned, you did an excellent job. A Ferrari with toyota reliability, and fuel economy! You can't beat that with three sticks. Don't listen to the u-tube critics with big egos and nothing else to match. Good job man, and its sound great! Salaam (peace to everyone).

  • Isn't the back a little higher than the real one ?

  • @Rtech I looked online and found out that it costs about £3000 just for a new drive belt in a real Ferrari, which has to be replaced every 2 years!! The insurance on a real one would be staggering if you lived in a city, yet you can insure an MR2 for peanuts. I know which I'd rather have. ;)
