Many cyclists enjoy the balance and strength training that comes with a yoga practice.

The video is a little glitchy, but hopefully you'll take away a few pointers.
- Yoga helps elongate spine and reduce spine stress
- Yoga offers better awareness of your body and breathing when you cycle
- Yoga helps balance out the forward-based motion of cycling
- Yoga helps center the cyclist for endurance and performance
