In this entry, shown at the the Stockstock Film Festival at the Seattle Art Museum in September 2005, traces the downfall of newscaster Slate Brickjaw as bizarre events unfold in his community.
Stockstock entrants are given 40 minutes of stock footage that they must edit into a 3 minute film. Entrants may edit, use special effects, and add audio, but may not add footage of their own.
