I heard this version of the song today for the first time. After three listens, I put on my headphones. After two more, the fiddle moved me to tears. So, so beautiful.

@nubpenner Apparently, they had some trouble getting rights to certain songs off the show (i.e. The Hero of Canton) and so they were unable to include them on the soundtrack. At least, that's what I was told.

Ahh, the flute version? I have been looking for that for ages but no luck. From what I have gathered it was never released on any soundtrack and the Bards wrote this from what was available on 'Our Mrs Reynolds'... 'course the net is full of contradictions but thats how I have read it.

Why the HELL is this not on the Soundtrack, and it's impossible to find any covers of it AT ALL, except for the Bedlam Bard's version, which is good, but i want one with more flute like the original. :P
