@hemightbemike i disagree!!!! if youre building a street/strip car you want bottom end torque for take up to already have the speed,top end is useless on a 1/8 or 1/4 mile track.

What would be the point of stroking a motor in a light weight car? You're better off building it up for top end horsepower than low end torque...

If this race would have been off a real christmas tree at a real dragstrip. The maverick would of gotton a red light and forfeited the race. PERIOD!!!
