Midnight Shine
--------------
Somewhere in a room less full of moonlight
She waits at the window for you there
And you talk to the demons in your mind now
While she plays with the angels in her hair
Are you a fool?
Or are you just unkind?
She waits for you
So let the midnight shine into your life
Even when the winter chokes the sunlight
She burns like a fire in you soul
And you you look for the demons in her eyes here
While you wait for an angel of your own
Are you a fool?
Or you just afraid?
She could be true
So let the midnight play into your life
Where will she land when she falls through your hands
hoping to help. all around, great song

really good song. as a composition student, i would like to make a couple suggestions that my teacher always tells me. the first thing, is that 3 times of something is usually a good number. like if you do the same exact thing like 3 times in a row, it gets hard to keep people's attention. the second thing is, same but different. it goes along the the 3 times thing. you want to keep the main idea of something, but maybe change a rhythm somewhere, or even just one note. not criticizing, just.....

GG
Leaving GG as a comment is too short so I have to write this sentence explaining that.

Cool song! I like the contrast from the staccato strumming to barre chords in the chorus, if that makes any sense. I'm trying to sound like I know what I'm talking about...
Bottom line, the song is good!
