Shadow Of The Colossus - Friendly Colossus Glitch

After throwing a few "harpoon of thunder" at colossus #15, it just stopped moving and wouldn't attack me at all! Sorry for the low quality, had to record it with my phone off my TV, which caused black lines too :(

I've had him glitch on me also I wasn't throwing harpoons o thunder. It was my very first pass through the game. I don't recall what I did to make him pause, but he did it none-the-less. Their probably is a code problem that rarely happens.
