do you aim to produce .bhv files? If so that would be GREAT! keep me up to date man I'm terribly interested in this. By the way I'm quite actually developing code for blender to convert and adapt .bhv animations to Panda3D actor animations so let me know if you're interested I'll warn you when I'm finished or just peek in the P3D showcase forum from time to time.

Well, I wasn't familiar with bvh files. Surely a way to go.
We could talk about implementing it in EHCI.
By the way, there's a section in EHCI site that deals with ideas to EHCI. If you could post anything related to directions implementing a bridge to blender or Panda3D, that would be great.
In the first page of EHCI google code project, there's a link below "Project Applications". If you could post anything there, I'd be very pleased. Thank you a lot!

muito bom!
the watching of this video made me wonder: do you think there are chances to use this device to do a cheap 3D motion tracking software, as is without the expensive net of motion sensors and software?

For sure you can, I mean, that's the idea.
As soon as it gets production ready, that's how I intend to use it. You can have an idea of some prototypes looking for the keywords: "ehci python bindings" here in youtube.
Kind regards!
