Washington DCs Miriams Soup Kitchen is a place where homeless people
can come and get a nutritious breakfast. Every morning, volunteers man
the kitchen to create meals for the many homeless, unemployed and
undernourished people in Washington DC. These people arent only fed,
but are helped to find accommodation, legal advice, temporary credit, or
anything that can help them get back on their feet. Raza Naqvi visited
Miriams Kitchen on Thanksgiving day, and caught up with the volunteers
as they were preparing for yet another breakfast.
