@dannettenaizel I'm actually looking for that kind as well.. ^_^

I first heard this cover about six years ago, and it remains one of my very favorite songs. Just thinking about it makes me cry, and some day I hope to walk down the aisle of a church to an arrangement featuring these harmonies. Bravi.

nice song. :) but could have been better if the SHE'S are turned to HE'S since this is the female version, right? i do hope i could hear that kind of version.

Call me blasphemous but...while I love Depeche Mode, this version is way better than there's. I've come to think of this as one of a very small handful of songs I want to share with that special person I want to adore and pester for good, someday.

@jesseisalameo I played the Fender Rhodes on this recording. Hadn't listened to it in...Jeez...nearly 13 years. I'm proud of our version.

Depeche Mode Tribute Album , "For The Masses", 1998.
It features a wide array of bands including The Cure, Smashing Pumpkins, Deftones, Rammstein, and Meat Beat Manifesto.
The Foo Fighters and Marilyn Manson wanted to do tracks but schedule complications prevented them. Manson, who wanted to cover "Personal Jesus," eventually did so for in 2004.
Respectfully,
DM fan
