This chapter is in Sterling's P.O.V.

How long have I've been sitting here?
Two?Three?Mabey four hours?
All I know is that its been a long time.
I look down to see my best friend, an angel.Demi.With breath takeing features, eyes closed and the cutest little nose.
But when I looked down I also see a tear stained face and a frown.
It had happened again.
Something no one ever wants to go through.
Abuse.
And it pains me to see her like this.
I would give anything in the world for it to stop.
Even if it meant never beening able to see her again.
I shudder at the thought.That causes her to stur in her sleep.
I hold her closer.Never wanting to let go.
I brush a peice of hair out of her face to only see a cut above her eye brow.
Its small but big enough to make me want to rip him to shreads.
Yes her so called "boyfriend" does this to her.
Joe.
If I could I would stab myself for even thinking his name.
He sickins me.
He treats her like a punching bag.
But in the public eye hes all I love you.Your awesome to her.
I hate him.
I manage to glance over at my watch.
It read 1:34.
I needed to get her to my house.
No.I'm not bring her to her house.Why?
Well because that son of a gun Joe is there and is probebly drunk as all hell.
I pick her up she weighs like nothing and I walk to my house.
I walk in the door and go upstairs.
I place her in my bed and put the covers over her.
I kissed her fore head and she smiles slightly.
When she did that I couldn't help but smile.
But my smile faded when her cell phone rang.
I answered it quickly so she wouldn't wake up from the ring.
I didn't bother to check who was calling I just answered.
"Hello?"I said as I walked out of the room and quietly closed the door.
"Hey S-S-Sterling ma man-n."It was Joe.
"How's it going Joe."I asked as nicely as I could.
"I wasss jussssst wondering where D-Dem-m-mi wentttttt."I could almost taste the booze thats how drunk he was.
"Shes here with me."I said smiling to myself.
"Uhhhh...... OHHHH O-oooookk!"He sang.
"Ok Joe have a nice hangover!I said.(Love that movie!)
"Awww thannnnkkksss Dude...man..dudddddeeeeeeeee."BEEB BEEB.
He hung up.
Moron.
I walked back in mine and well Demi's room thats how much she stays here and pulled up a chair right next to the bed.I gentily grabbed Demi's hand and held it.I could stay like this forever.
Her body turned.She was facing me.Her eyes fluttered open and she smiled.
"Hi."She wispered.
"Hey."I said still holding her hand.
"Thank you.""For every thing."She said.
"Any thing for you."I said truthfully.I would die for Demi if I had to.
"Can I ask you something?"She wispered again.
"Yes you can."I said looking into her big brown eyes.
"Could you please lay with me?"She said patting the bare spot next to her.
"If thats what you want."I smiled.
"It is."She laughed.
So I stood up and layed next to her.She gripped my hand and came up right next to me.Her head was on my chest and my arm was wrapped around her back and waist.
"Sterling?"She asked
"Demi?"I said with a smile
She laughed
"If you could only stay in one spot for the rest of you life.What spot would the be?'She asked.
"I looked down at her and said
"Beside You."
