Helpless

This is my first REAL animated short done for my thesis project at The Fashion Institute Of Technology. It's a chase scene between innocence and evil, the afraid and the hunter. We all have our personal demons and we get chased by them everyday. You feel tied up in situations and helpless towards living each day because of your personal issues. In the end you have to realize it's all in your head, and that you should live everyday to it's fullest.

this was very cool, I love the feel of it, nice job. I am considering going to FIT, do you know if they have 2d animation? or only computer?

Thank you very much for viewing! FIT does study a bit of 2D animation, but on the computer. The focus there is mainly 3D and visual effects. The first year you do have a class doing about 5 second short clips in 2D, but it uses a computer program named Toon Boom. If you are looking for learning traditional 2D animation I would suggest another school, because FIT animation is all computer based. SVA and Pratt may have 2D traditional animation, but I'm not sure. Check them out. Good Luck!

Yeah I figured, when I checked out the website the only things I could really find were computer related, thanks a lot for your advice, I'll definitely check those two schools out and see what I can find, thanks for the help, good luck to you too, keep making cool vids, ill keep watching them.
