After take time off from heavy lifting to concentrate on running, this is the bench routine I developed:
135/8 Warm Up
205/8
215/8
225/10
185/10 w/ push ups on bose ball
185/10 w/ push ups on bose ball
2-3 minutes rest in between each set
This video is made not to show off but to suggest a new benching routine for anyone trying to break a plateau...I appreciate the support mail i recieve so i only thought it was right to make this video for the people wanting benching tips...good luck and keep lifting!

looks like u need to do less sets and more weight. ur smacking that shit lol. and pushups and dips help alot too and tricep pushdowns n chest flys :)

Excellent lifts for a fairly skinny guy, I can see him bench 3-4 plates if he gains 15-20 pounds.
