@stevefromPA2 I know lmao. I am saying sometimes guys with okay swings that are big can hit the ball a mile. Of course flexibility works. I play golf on the NEPGA and Natural bodybuild- competition in July. Though I am not going in as huge. I still need to stay flexible.

@mikepownzall Flexibility gets the ball movin vs fat...Ive seen guys that are 260..no body fat..get out drove by 150lbs guys...Hell Im 280 with a 100mph swing speed and now a days have kids that are 15 riding along with me..
